Just because Tori is a compact co-sleeper, doesn’t mean it offers any less comfort – in fact it features an extra-comfortable mattress which is soft and supportive for your little one. Made using soft, 100% recycled fabrics, Tori features an all-round breathable mesh fabric to enhance air ventilation, so you baby is always comfortable while sleeping. The Tori co-sleeper has 5 different height options to choose from. You can attach the Tori to your bed and unzip one side for easy access throughout the night, to ensure your comfort as well as baby’s.

Age-range
The Tori co-sleeper is a multi-functional essential for parents with a newborn, as it’s a stylish 2-in-1 beside co-sleeper and crib. Used from birth up to 6 months old (approx. 9kg) it offers a super-comfortable sleeping space for baby, right next to mum or dad. When you need to soothe, comfort and feed baby throughout the night, one-side of the Tori simply unzips for quick and easy access when attached to the bed. As a parent with a newborn, you’ll sleep soundly knowing your baby is safely sleeping in comfort and within arm’s reach.

30 Days No Quibble Returns
At UK Baby Centre we offer a 30 day no quibble returns period on all products, if you change your mind provided the item is still in its original packaging with all labels attached and in a saleable unused condition. If the items were specially ordered in for you from a range that we don't normally stock, then this does not apply and additional extra restocking fees may apply. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to processed.
To process a return please use the contact form and provide your full name , order number and product you would like to return or you can also email us directly sales@ukbabycentre.com or call 01202 730630.
You can either arrange the return at your own cost and risk with a courier of your choice or we can arrange collection for you at a cost of £25 per box (for furniture, up to £40 per box). Please arrange a return first and do not just send something back without notifying us first. Unfortunately, if furniture has been assembled, we are unable to accept it back for return, so please check the colour before assembly.
If you wish to return something that originally incurred a delivery charge such as a £4.95 charge for an order under £49.99, Saturday delivery charge, or non UK Mainland / Scottish Highlands address this delivery charge would not be refunded and would be reduced from the order total.
Please make sure that the package is opened and/or repacked in a reasonable condition. When returning the item, make sure there are no odours on the item, as these will be reflected in your refund.
Any order that is cancelled after it has been dispatched will still incur a delivery charge that will reflect in your refund. This included items eligible for free delivery. We can take up to 48 hours to respond to emails. If you need to cancel an order, please call us.

NOTE: If you order multiple items and receive a free delivery for all orders over £49.99, a return of a non-faulty item which reduces the total order value to less than £49.99 will incur a charge of £4.95 to cover the original shipping fees that will be deducted from your refund amount.

Any failed deliveries must be reported within 7 days of the delivery confirmation email/text.
Please make sure you are available to receive the delivery as we may not be able to leave it somewhere safe. When placing your order, please only submit your mobile number because some courier companies will send you a unique PIN to your mobile number/email that must be provided to the delivery driver in order to receive the delivery.
Items eligible for free delivery will not be sent in separate shipments. If the customer needs to split the shipment, an additional shipping charge will apply.
