Delivery - Where is my order?
When did you order?
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, if you order before 3pm we will often dispatch same day. If you order on a Friday after 3pm it may not dispatch till the following Monday. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday it will dispatch on Monday or Tuesday. You will recieve an email notification upon dispatch.
Although we try our best to keep to the dispatch times above, if we are busy it can take a little longer so please give us an extra day before contacting us. If you think your order should have dispatched and you have not had notification just send us an email or give us a call and quote your order number, we will look into it for you.
Was it in stock when you ordered?
Check your order confirmation to make sure the whole order was in stock. If it wasn't it will it will tell you appoximately how long it will be.
We wait for the whole order to be in stock before dispatch.
Tracking.
If your order has been dispatched, check your dispatch email for traicking. We ship with DPD and APC.
Parcel Missing.
If you are missing a parcel from your order the first thing to do is check your tracking.
Sometimes the couriers split deliveries of more than one box. Before contacting us check your tracking as the missing parcel may still be in transit. If it has been longer than 36 hours since the first box was delivered please send us an email or give us a call and quote your order number, we will look into it for you.
Warranty - Is there an issue with an item.
If there is an issue with an item you have purchased then please reach out to our customer service team with a brief description of the issue and how it happened on Sales@ukbabycentre.com.
You will need to provide:
Order Reference:
This will be on your order confirmation email and start with a #. If you can't find it, do not worry. Just provide us with the address and email address you order it under and we should be able to find it.
Image / Video of the issue:
To know how is best to proceed with sorting the issue for you it helps us to see what it is. Sometimes we can solve an issue with just one email.
Serial Numbers:
Most products will have a serial number. For prams it is normally a label on the frame. If you have trouble finding it let us know and we will be able to guide you. For carseats it will be the white label on the underside of the seat.
We will need an image of the label.
Address and Mobile Number:
Let us know where you are now so we can send a spare part or arrange collection if needed. We will also need a mobile number so we can contact you or send tracking.
