NOTE: Delivery times mentioned below are only for items in stock and may vary depending on the stock availability. Orders cannot not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour; the customer must be present to accept the delivery.


UK Mainland 1-4 Working Days for "in-stock" items (Excludes Scottish Highlands)

  • Item on backorder/pre-order and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
  • FREE Delivery on all orders over £49.99
  • Sent via Tracked DPD & APC delivery service
  • If order is under £49.99, a delivery charge of £5.95 will be applied
  • Any product not in stock will display 'Pre Order' or a similar message.
  • Saturday Delivery is available for £19.99 (If ordered before 3pm on Friday) and the total order weight is under 25Kg (Excludes Furniture and v.large items). Saturday delivery must be arranged with us by phone or email.
  • Items of Furniture and Furniture Sets may take longer depending on the Brand
  • During Bank holidays, and busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas expect delays

Isle of Wight for 1-3 Working Days for "in-stock" items

  • Item on backorder/pre-order and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
  • £19.99 Delivery Charge and a maximum order weight limit of 30kg
  • We do not deliver items of furniture to these locations

Customers must report any failed deliveries, damaged items, or missing parts within 7 days of receiving the delivery confirmation email or text message.

Please make sure you are available to receive the delivery as orders cannot not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. When placing your order, please only submit your mobile number because some courier companies will send you a unique PIN to your mobile number/email that must be provided to the delivery driver in order to receive the delivery.

Items eligible for free delivery will not be sent in separate shipments. If the customer needs to split the shipment, an additional shipping charge will apply.

Any order that is cancelled after it has been dispatched will still incur a delivery charge that will reflect in your refund. This includes items eligible for free delivery. We can take up to 48 hours to respond to emails. If you need to cancel an order, please call us.
