Welcome! Your Delivery is on its Way

If you have a tracking number, we are almost ready to deliver your order to your property. You should have received a text or email with an approximate delivery time slot.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please follow our simple three-step guide:

Step 1: Be Available

You must be at home during the chosen delivery time. We cannot leave your order outside, in a bin, behind a gate, or with a neighbor. Your presence is required to receive the delivery.

Step 2: Prepare Your Property

Prepare your property for our arrival, especially if you are receiving larger items. Clear any obstructions such as stair gates, vases, or even the cat! Protect your floors if necessary. If your item is delivered by DPD, you will receive a unique PIN sent to the mobile number provided with your order.

Step 3: Receive Your Delivery

When the driver arrives, they may ask for the PIN to hand over the goods. They might also ask you to sign on their device.
